Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of shoporvenly.com and purchases from ORVENLY, operated by GARDENIAIO LLC. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the other policies posted on the website. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

Eligibility and account information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it when necessary. Product information and availability

We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colors may display differently depending on your screen, and natural materials such as wood, ceramic, metal finishes, and hand-finished components may have minor variations in grain, tone, texture, glaze, or finish. Such minor variations do not ordinarily constitute a defect.

Product dimensions, capacities, load limits, care directions, assembly requirements, and compatibility information should be reviewed before purchase. We may change, discontinue, limit, or update products, pricing, descriptions, promotions, and availability at any time. We may limit quantities or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, resale activity, listing errors, or inability to fulfill.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not mean we accepted it. Acceptance occurs when we ship the item, provide a shipment confirmation, or otherwise confirm acceptance. Use products only for their intended purpose and according to any instructions, warnings, care labels, assembly guides, and load limits supplied with the item. Inspect products before use. Do not use damaged components, cracked glass, damaged mounting hardware, or unstable furniture.

For wall-mounted, hanging, elevated, glass, water-holding, or load-bearing products, customers are responsible for selecting appropriate placement and installation methods for their wall type, surface, ceiling, planter, plant, and intended load. Use qualified installation help when appropriate. Keep products, small parts, sharp tools, glass components, and cords or straps, if any, away from children and pets. ORVENLY products are not toys unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Shipping, delivery, cancellation, return, and refund terms are incorporated into these Terms through our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Order Cancellation & Changes Policy.

Intellectual property

The ORVENLY name, logos, website design, text, product photography, graphics, and other website content are owned by or licensed to GARDENIAIO LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, publish, or use our content or marks without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the website unlawfully; interfere with site security or operation; attempt to gain unauthorized access; submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information; use automated tools to scrape or overload the site; resell products in a manner that misrepresents ORVENLY; or infringe the rights of others.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GARDENIAIO LLC and ORVENLY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the item or service giving rise to the claim, except where a different limit is required by law.
